Festive Christmas Pizza
Ingredients
- Homemade pizza base
- Cranberry sauce with Ruby port
- Mozzarella cheese
- Plant-based cocktail sausages
- Smoked plant bacon
- Stuffing balls with cranberry
Preparation
Defrost the homemade pizza base and stretch it out.
Bake the plant-based cocktail sausages wrapped in smoked plant bacon until almost fully cooked.
Spread the cranberry sauce over the pizza base.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Add the pre-cooked sausages, bacon, and stuffing balls.
Bake the pizza in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
