Ingredients

  • 3 Lincolnshire sausages
  • 1.5 Italian deli ham style slices
  • 1.5 New York deli pastrami style slices
  • Asda marabel sage and onion mash
  • Tender stem broccoli
  • 25g stuffing
  • Gravy

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven and spray sausages wrapped in ham and pastrami with cooking spray

  2. Bake sausages until cooked through, avoiding overcooking

  3. Prepare sage and onion mash according to package instructions

  4. Steam or boil tender stem broccoli until tender

  5. Heat gravy and stuffing separately

  6. Assemble by placing mash on plate, add sausages and broccoli, then drizzle with gravy
