Fried Banana Fingers
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon fine-grained sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 6 medium bananas
For frying
- oil
Preparation
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil. In a deep bowl, sift the flour and baking powder.
Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, oil, and mix with a hand whisk.
Add the milk and mix continuously until the sugar dissolves.
Peel the bananas, dip the banana pieces in the previous mixture, lift them with a fork, and shake the fork to remove excess mixture.
Place the banana pieces in the oil and fry until golden brown.
Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil, put them in a serving dish, and serve hot.
