Quick and Easy Marble Cake Without Mixer

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Chocolate swirl

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Beat all ingredients by hand until well combined

  2. Divide the batter in half and stir cocoa powder into one portion until smooth

  3. Alternate spoonfuls of plain and chocolate batter into a greased cake pan

  4. Gently swirl batters together with a toothpick to create marbled pattern

  5. Bake at 180Β°C until golden brown
