Healthy Corn Paneer Tikki
Ingredients
- 1 bowl boiled corn
- 1 medium boiled potato
- 50 grams grated paneer
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup roasted besan
- 1 cube grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- salt to taste
- chopped coriander leaves
- oil
Cucumber raita
- 2 cups hung curd
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- salt to taste
- green chutney
- black pepper
- chopped coriander leaves
Preparation
Prepare the cucumber raita by mixing hung curd, grated cucumber, grated onion, salt, green chutney, black pepper, and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl and set aside.
Combine all the tikki ingredients including boiled corn, boiled potato, grated paneer, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, roasted besan, grated cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, and chopped coriander leaves in a large bowl to form a mixture.
Shape the mixture into small patties or tikkis.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the tikkis hot with the prepared cucumber raita dip.
