Cheese Paratha Pizza Fusion
Ingredients
- 250 gm plain flour (maida)
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 20 gm butter
- 150 ml water
- 4-5 cheese slices
- Some pizza sauce
- Some finely chopped onion
- Some finely chopped capsicum
- Some chilli flakes (optional)
- Some pizza seasonings
- Oil (to brush on paratha balls & while roasting)
Preparation
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and butter, then add water to form a smooth dough and knead well
Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes covered with a damp cloth
Prepare the stuffing by tearing cheese slices and mixing with pizza sauce, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chilli flakes, and pizza seasonings in a separate bowl
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, brush each with oil, flatten slightly, stuff with the cheese mixture, seal the edges, and roll out into parathas
Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat, cook each paratha on both sides with a little oil until golden brown and crispy
