Cheese Paratha Pizza Fusion

Ingredients

  • 250 gm plain flour (maida)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 20 gm butter
  • 150 ml water
  • 4-5 cheese slices
  • Some pizza sauce
  • Some finely chopped onion
  • Some finely chopped capsicum
  • Some chilli flakes (optional)
  • Some pizza seasonings
  • Oil (to brush on paratha balls & while roasting)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and butter, then add water to form a smooth dough and knead well

  2. Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes covered with a damp cloth

  3. Prepare the stuffing by tearing cheese slices and mixing with pizza sauce, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chilli flakes, and pizza seasonings in a separate bowl

  4. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, brush each with oil, flatten slightly, stuff with the cheese mixture, seal the edges, and roll out into parathas

  5. Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat, cook each paratha on both sides with a little oil until golden brown and crispy
