Layered Aqua Chia Breakfast Jar

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 2-4 tablespoons vegan blue food coloring
  • 2-3 tablespoons matcha

Preparation

  1. Whisk the non-dairy milk, chia seeds, and sweetener together and place in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Divide the pudding into three parts; add 3 tablespoons of the food coloring to one part for blue pudding and add some blue food coloring and matcha to another part for aqua-green pudding.

  3. Layer the different colored puddings in jars to create the breakfast jar
