Activated Charcoal Chia Pudding with Coconut Cream
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon activated charcoal
- distilled water
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- whipped coconut cream
Preparation
Mix 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal with distilled water and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to sweeten.
Soak 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in the mixture.
Place in the fridge for an hour until it solidifies.
Top with whipped coconut cream.
