Activated Charcoal Chia Pudding with Coconut Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon activated charcoal
  • distilled water
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • whipped coconut cream

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal with distilled water and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to sweeten.

  2. Soak 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in the mixture.

  3. Place in the fridge for an hour until it solidifies.

  4. Top with whipped coconut cream.
