Loaded Fries with Meatballs and Cheese
Ingredients
- Albert Bartlett roosters
- Moving Mountains Foods plant-based meatballs
- Tomato puree
- Water
- Sweetener
- Garlic
- Italian seasoning
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Extra mature cheddar cheese
Preparation
Chop the roosters, rinse them, dry them, spray with oil, season, and air fry until crispy
Fry the plant-based meatballs until cooked
Mix tomato puree, water, sweetener, garlic, and Italian seasoning to make the sauce and coat the meatballs
Add the cooked fries to a skillet
Top with the fried meatballs and sauce
Sprinkle a mixture of grated mozzarella and extra mature cheddar cheese
Place under the grill until the cheese is melty and bubbly
