Loaded Fries with Meatballs and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Albert Bartlett roosters
  • Moving Mountains Foods plant-based meatballs
  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Sweetener
  • Garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Extra mature cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Chop the roosters, rinse them, dry them, spray with oil, season, and air fry until crispy

  2. Fry the plant-based meatballs until cooked

  3. Mix tomato puree, water, sweetener, garlic, and Italian seasoning to make the sauce and coat the meatballs

  4. Add the cooked fries to a skillet

  5. Top with the fried meatballs and sauce

  6. Sprinkle a mixture of grated mozzarella and extra mature cheddar cheese

  7. Place under the grill until the cheese is melty and bubbly
