Mini Cinnamon Sugar Bagels
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Topping
- additional 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, then stir in the yogurt.
Form a dough ball, cut it into 6 equal parts, then roll each into a log and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.
Brush a little melted butter on top, then dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
Can use gluten-free flour such as Bob's Red Mill 1:1 baking flour for a gluten-free version.
