Mini Cinnamon Sugar Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping

  • additional 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, then stir in the yogurt.

  3. Form a dough ball, cut it into 6 equal parts, then roll each into a log and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.

  4. Brush a little melted butter on top, then dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture, and bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

  1. Can use gluten-free flour such as Bob's Red Mill 1:1 baking flour for a gluten-free version.
