Peanut and Lime Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • juice 1 lime
  • 1 heaped tablespoon coconut yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1/2 cm fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and stir together until fully combined

  2. If you want to thin the sauce add an extra tbsp of coconut yoghurt or water

  3. To store any left over cover and keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours
