Vegan Sauce

Ingredients

  • cashews
  • carrot and onion

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 20-30 minutes

  2. Meanwhile, saute the carrot and onion in a bit of the broth until soft

  3. With the rest of the broth, mix in the cornstarch until dissolved

  4. Drain the cashews and add them to your blender with the carrots, onions and the remaining ingredients

  5. Process on high speed until smooth

  6. Add salt to taste
