Protein Pancakes for a Healthy Weekend Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour (@arrowheadmills)
  • 1/4 cup Nuzest just natural pea protein ("figgindelicious" for discount)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (@malkorganics)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp maple
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine dry ingredients, then mix in wet.

  2. Cook on medium-low heat with ghee (@4thandheart).

  3. Top with greek yogurt, peanut butter (@woodstockfoods), organic berries (@driscollsberry), and syrup.

  4. Note: Pancakes are not sweet; add sweetener to the batter if desired.
