Protein Pancakes for a Healthy Weekend Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour (@arrowheadmills)
- 1/4 cup Nuzest just natural pea protein ("figgindelicious" for discount)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (@malkorganics)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp maple
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients, then mix in wet.
Cook on medium-low heat with ghee (@4thandheart).
Top with greek yogurt, peanut butter (@woodstockfoods), organic berries (@driscollsberry), and syrup.
Note: Pancakes are not sweet; add sweetener to the batter if desired.
