Quick and Healthy Apple Strudel
Ingredients
- 1 large apple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 120 grams unsweetened applesauce
- 20 grams raisins
- 2 large wraps of choice
Preparation
Dice the apple into cubes. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the diced apple, applesauce, cinnamon, and raisins. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water. Cook gently for 5-7 minutes until the apple is soft and the flavors are well blended.
Lay a wrap flat and spread the apple filling in the center. Roll it up tightly to secure the filling.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius and cook the wraps for 5-10 minutes until crispy. Alternatively, cook in a skillet over medium heat on both sides until golden and crisp.
Optionally, cut the wraps in half and serve warm.
