5-Minute Healthy Apple Crumble
Ingredients
Apple filling
- 1 chopped apple
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp cornstarch
Crumble topping
- 3 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tsp plant milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Chop up your apples and mix with cinnamon, maple syrup and cornstarch, then place into a small microwave-safe ramekin.
Mix together your crumble and add it on top of the chopped apple.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes or bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
Top with vegan ice cream and enjoy.
