5-Minute Healthy Apple Crumble

Ingredients

Apple filling

  • 1 chopped apple
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp cornstarch

Crumble topping

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tsp plant milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Chop up your apples and mix with cinnamon, maple syrup and cornstarch, then place into a small microwave-safe ramekin.

  2. Mix together your crumble and add it on top of the chopped apple.

  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.

  4. Top with vegan ice cream and enjoy.
