Quick Lime and Beef Broth Soup
Ingredients
- Lime
- msg
- salt
- sugar
- Thai chillies
- onion
- garlic
- ginger
- beef stock
Optional additions
- butter
Preparation
Use a pan that previously cooked steak to retain flavors.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in beef stock and bring to a simmer.
In a separate bowl, combine lime, msg, salt, sugar, and Thai chillies to create a mixture.
Add the lime mixture to the broth and heat through.
Optionally, stir a bit of butter into the serving bowl for extra richness.
Serve immediately as a quick wake-up soup.
