Easy Turkish Yayla Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup vermicelli
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt
- 1 egg
- 2.5 cups water
Topping
- 1 clove garlic
- Butter
- Mint
Preparation
Mix the ingredients together and add the water.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, continue to boil for an additional 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the soup and serve.
Sauce
Melt butter in a pan.
Add crushed garlic and mint and cook until fragrant.
Tips
Adding garlic to the sauce enhances its aroma.
