Savory Protein Waffle with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • Ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 2 pieces grass-fed bacon

Preparation

  1. Mix the Kodiak Cakes with unsweetened almond milk to form batter.

  2. Cook the batter in a waffle iron to make a waffle

  3. Fry the egg in ghee.

  4. Slice the avocado and season with everything but the bagel seasoning.

  5. Cook the bacon until crispy

  6. Assemble by topping the waffle with the fried egg, seasoned avocado, and bacon.
