Simple Vegan Pancakes with Banana and Chia
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop Vivolife Madagascar Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- some cinnamon
- baking powder
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Cook the mixture on a heated pan until golden brown.
Serve immediately and add your favorite toppings.
