Simple Vegan Pancakes with Banana and Chia

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop Vivolife Madagascar Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • some cinnamon
  • baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Cook the mixture on a heated pan until golden brown.

  3. Serve immediately and add your favorite toppings.
