Smoky Tofu Wraps

Ingredients

  • 280g tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Preparation

  1. Toss the tofu together with the tamari, ketchup, liquid smoke and smoked paprika.

  2. Add to a non-stick frying pan and cook for around 7-8 minutes, rotating the cubes frequently.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve the smoky tofu in a gluten-free wrap with sautéed kale and broccoli, avocado and coconut yoghurt.
