Smoky Tofu Wraps
Ingredients
- 280g tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Preparation
Toss the tofu together with the tamari, ketchup, liquid smoke and smoked paprika.
Add to a non-stick frying pan and cook for around 7-8 minutes, rotating the cubes frequently.
Serving suggestions
Serve the smoky tofu in a gluten-free wrap with sautéed kale and broccoli, avocado and coconut yoghurt.
