Spicy Indian Corn and Potato Tikkis
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- Corn kernels from 2 cobs
- 2 bird eye chillis
- 1.5 tablespoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 3 teaspoons chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
- 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Mix together all the listed ingredients.
Shape into patties and brown outsides in olive oil, then roast in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
Serving ideas
Serve with date and peanut chutney or Indian tomato ketchup for enhanced flavor.
