Crispy Pan Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6-7 potatoes
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • any your fav herbs to sprinkle on the potatoes
  • salt for taste

Preparation

  1. Potatoes, peel & cut to bite sized

  2. Cook the potatoes about 5-7 minutes (keep an eye on the potatoes, don’t over cook)

  3. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and let it cool. . ➡In a bowl add in cooked potatoes and add in 3 tbsp of margarine. Stir well and make sure all the cooked potatoes are coated with the margarine

  4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet

  5. Then add the potatoes

  6. Cook till it turns golden and crusty

  7. Chopped the herbs and sprinkle on the potatoes
