Stir-Fried Tofu with Green Chili and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks white tofu
  • 2 sheets wood ear mushrooms
  • 5 green chilies

Seasonings

  • 3 shallots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Anchovies to taste
  • Oil for stir-frying

Preparation

  1. Heat oil and stir-fry seasonings and anchovies until fragrant.

  2. Add green chilies and stir-fry until wilted.

  3. Add tofu and wood ear mushrooms.

  4. Cook until seasonings are absorbed.

  5. Adjust taste and serve.
