Green Sambal with Stink Beans
Ingredients
- 300 grams stink beans
- 1 tablespoon tamarind water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoning
Ground mixture
- 1 green tomato
- 4 shallots
- 10 green chilies
- 3 green bird's eye chilies
Toppings
- Fried anchovies
Preparation
Clean the stink beans first.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the ground mixture until fragrant.
Add the stink beans, then add tamarind water, salt, sugar, and seasoning, and mix well.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with fried anchovies, and serve while hot.
