Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour (45g)
- 2 tbsp plain or vanilla plant yogurt (55g)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder and vanilla extract
- Sweetener (e.g., stevia packet)
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- Chopped strawberries
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
Toppings
- Strawberries
- Splash of milk
- Vegan whipped cream or yogurt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F
Combine and mix all ingredients except for the jam
Pour half of the mixture into a greased ramekin
Place the jam into the center
Cover it with the rest of the mixture
Bake for 16-18 minutes
