Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 40g blended oats
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 100 ml almond milk
- Sliced strawberries
Toppings
- Almond butter
- Vegan yogurt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
Top with almond butter and vegan yogurt before serving.
