Strawberry Shortcake Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g blended oats
  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • Sliced strawberries

Toppings

  • Almond butter
  • Vegan yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.

  4. Top with almond butter and vegan yogurt before serving.
