Mini Banana Bread Cereal
Ingredients
- 50g or half a banana (overripe, mashed)
- 100g blended oats (gf if required)
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4
Blend porridge oats to a flour texture
Mash half a banana
Mix them together to form a dough using a spoon first and then your hands
Pinch off small bits (chocolate Maltesers size) and roll into balls using the palms of your hands
Place the balls onto a baking tray. It will make around 60
Oven bake for 20 minutes or until the balls are hard
Leave to cool completely then put them into a cereal bowl and pour over cold milk. I use almond milk
