Mini Banana Bread Cereal

Ingredients

  • 50g or half a banana (overripe, mashed)
  • 100g blended oats (gf if required)

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4

  2. Blend porridge oats to a flour texture

  3. Mash half a banana

  4. Mix them together to form a dough using a spoon first and then your hands

  5. Pinch off small bits (chocolate Maltesers size) and roll into balls using the palms of your hands

  6. Place the balls onto a baking tray. It will make around 60

  7. Oven bake for 20 minutes or until the balls are hard

  8. Leave to cool completely then put them into a cereal bowl and pour over cold milk. I use almond milk
