Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 100g blended oats
  • 1 mashed overripe banana
  • 2 eggs or 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C fan or 425 Fahrenheit or gas mark 7.

  2. Blend oats to a flour.

  3. Mash the banana.

  4. Put all ingredients into a bowl, stir until combined, then pour the mixture into an oven-proof dish.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
