Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 100g blended oats
- 1 mashed overripe banana
- 2 eggs or 4 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200C fan or 425 Fahrenheit or gas mark 7.
Blend oats to a flour.
Mash the banana.
Put all ingredients into a bowl, stir until combined, then pour the mixture into an oven-proof dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
