Baked Mocha Lava Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup coco milk
  • 1/2 cup @nushfoods almond yoghurt
  • 3-5 tbsp strong espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Handfuls choc chips
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

Filling

  • One large square dark choc per serving

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl, then pour into lightly greased oven proof bowls.

  3. Place the chocolate in the centre of each bowl and ensure it’s covered.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until firm on top but gooey in the middle.

  5. Eat warm.
