Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burger
Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 cup of boiled sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup wholemeal bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Pepper
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
In a blender add black beans, parsley, sweet potato, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 1 crushed garlic, and wholemeal bread crumbs and combine.
Once combined, shape the mixture into patties.
Once patties are made, line a baking tray and brush with olive oil.
Cook for 20 minutes at 180°C, turning them halfway and brushing them with olive oil.
