Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 cup of boiled sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup wholemeal bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • Pepper
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a blender add black beans, parsley, sweet potato, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 1 crushed garlic, and wholemeal bread crumbs and combine.

  2. Once combined, shape the mixture into patties.

  3. Once patties are made, line a baking tray and brush with olive oil.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes at 180°C, turning them halfway and brushing them with olive oil.

  5. Enjoy
