Three-Ingredient Banana Cookies or Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1-2 bananas (200g approximate)
- 1 cup oats (100g approximate)
- 2 teaspoons cacao powder
- 1-3 tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut butter, optional for allergies)
Optional add-ins
- chocolate chips
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- chopped nuts
- chia seeds
- hemp hearts
- dried chopped fruit
Preparation
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add oats, cacao powder, and peanut butter, then mix until well combined.
Stir in any optional add-ins if desired.
For energy balls, roll the mixture into balls and refrigerate until firm.
For baked cookies, shape the mixture into cookies and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
