Vegan Maggi Ramen Noodles
Ingredients
- MAGGI Original Seasoning
- 120g ramen noodles
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 medium bok choy base cut off
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 sprigs green onion julienned
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
Preparation
Cook ramen noodles as per packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan and add ginger and garlic, cook over medium heat until fragrant.
Add bok choy and cook until slightly wilted.
Add carrots and bean sprouts.
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water.
Drain ramen noodles and add to the pan.
Drizzle with about 15 drops of MAGGI original seasoning.
Add the mixed sauce and stir to combine.
Top with a few more drops of MAGGI original seasoning and green onions.
Serve immediately.
