Vegan Mint Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2.5 dl soy whipping cream
  • 100 g mint-flavored dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the whip cream and whisk it until it gets fluffy.

  2. Melt the chocolate and add it together with the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and whisk for 10 more seconds, until everything is well combined.

  3. Serve in glasses and enjoy.

Tips

  1. This recipe can be made with other types of chocolate if preferred.
