Warm Zucchini Oats Breakfast with Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 to 1/2 small zucchini, grated
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Cook the mixture over the stove top until it thickens.
Top with fruit and maple syrup.
