Warm Zucchini Oats Breakfast with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 to 1/2 small zucchini, grated
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Cook the mixture over the stove top until it thickens.

  2. Top with fruit and maple syrup.
