Gingery Oats Bowl with Cherries and Pecans
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- cherries
- pecans
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients except for the banana.
Set the mixture in the fridge overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
Mix in the mashed banana before serving.
No cook time is required, but if you prefer warm oats, heat them in the microwave.
This method is perfect for hot weather as it requires no cooking.
