Coconut Ginger Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
Preparation
Stir all ingredients except banana together in a sealable container.
Prior to serving stir in mashed banana.
Top as desired and enjoy!
