Coconut Ginger Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients except banana together in a sealable container.

  2. Prior to serving stir in mashed banana.

  3. Top as desired and enjoy!
