Baked Chicken Wings with Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken wings
- 3-4 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 coffee cup vegetable oil
- 50 grams butter
- Salt
- 1/2 coffee cup water
Preparation
Peel and slice the potatoes into rings
Place the chicken wings in a baking tray
Add the remaining ingredients on top, mix well, and arrange in the tray
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius on the bottom rack for one hour
Increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius and move the tray to the middle rack
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until browned
