Cinnamon Raisin Toast with Avocado and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread
  • ghee
  • 2 eggs
  • avocado oil
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Toast the cinnamon raisin bread, toasting twice if frozen.

  2. Fry two eggs in avocado oil.

  3. Spread ghee on the toasted bread.

  4. Mash or slice half an avocado.

  5. Layer the egg and avocado on one slice of toast.

  6. Enjoy the other slice plain or as desired.
