Crispy Gluten-Free Breakfast Tacos with Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 sietefoods cassava flour tortillas
- ghee
- leftover sweet potato cubes
- 2 eggs
- Trader Joe's African smoke seasoning
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Cook the tortillas in ghee for 3 minutes on each side in a skillet until crispy.
Fry the eggs in ghee.
Pair with leftover sweet potato cubes.
Top with African smoke seasoning and half an avocado.
