Crispy Gluten-Free Breakfast Tacos with Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 sietefoods cassava flour tortillas
  • ghee
  • leftover sweet potato cubes
  • 2 eggs
  • Trader Joe's African smoke seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Cook the tortillas in ghee for 3 minutes on each side in a skillet until crispy.

  2. Fry the eggs in ghee.

  3. Pair with leftover sweet potato cubes.

  4. Top with African smoke seasoning and half an avocado.
