Egg and Avocado Breakfast Tacos with Lettuce
Ingredients
- 2 slices romaine lettuce
- 2 eggs
- ghee
- mushrooms
- zucchini
- 1/2 avocado
- organic salsa
- chipotle spice
Preparation
Fry 2 eggs in ghee.
Sauté mushrooms and zucchini in a cast iron pan over low to medium heat.
Assemble the tacos by topping romaine lettuce with the fried eggs, sautéed vegetables, sliced avocado, and salsa.
Season with chipotle spice to add flavor.
