Egg and Avocado Breakfast Tacos with Lettuce

Ingredients

  • 2 slices romaine lettuce
  • 2 eggs
  • ghee
  • mushrooms
  • zucchini
  • 1/2 avocado
  • organic salsa
  • chipotle spice

Preparation

  1. Fry 2 eggs in ghee.

  2. Sauté mushrooms and zucchini in a cast iron pan over low to medium heat.

  3. Assemble the tacos by topping romaine lettuce with the fried eggs, sautéed vegetables, sliced avocado, and salsa.
