Quick Scrambled Tofu Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 400g tofu
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp herbs of your choice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kala Namak (black salt)
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Optional

  • 50ml soy milk

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion and crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces using a fork or hands.

  2. Add oil to a frying pan and heat it. Then add the tofu, onion, and spices, stir until well combined, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Serve with toast, avocado, and tomatoes.
