Quick Scrambled Tofu Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 400g tofu
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp herbs of your choice
- 1 1/2 tsp Kala Namak (black salt)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Optional
- 50ml soy milk
Preparation
Chop the onion and crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces using a fork or hands.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat it. Then add the tofu, onion, and spices, stir until well combined, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with toast, avocado, and tomatoes.
