Anthony Bourdain's Mortadella Sandwich
Ingredients
- 6 bundles of mortadella, thinly sliced
- 1 splash EVOO Terra Delyssa
- 6 slices provolone
- 2 soft buns
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 2 tablespoons spicy Dijon
- 4 twists black pepper
Preparation
Heat EVOO to medium heat and crisp up the mortadella. Flip it and top with provolone, then remove from the pan when the cheese is softly melted.
Dress the buns with mayo and toast them aggressively in a pan.
Add Dijon and the mortadella to the buns. Finish with black pepper.
Cut the sandwich and serve.
