Avocado and Egg Toast with Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 piece of sourdough
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 eggs
- ghee
- spinach
Preparation
Toast the sourdough bread.
Mash or slice the avocado.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the eggs.
Sauté the spinach in a pan.
Assemble by spreading avocado on the toast and topping with eggs and spinach.
