Avocado and Egg Toast with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of sourdough
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • ghee
  • spinach

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread.

  2. Mash or slice the avocado.

  3. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the eggs.

  4. Sauté the spinach in a pan.

  5. Assemble by spreading avocado on the toast and topping with eggs and spinach.
