Cassava Flour Tortillas
Ingredients
- 2 Cassava flour tortillas
- avocado oil over
- eggs
- ghee + sautéed kale + sautéed mushrooms
Preparation
Cassava flour tortillas cooked in some avocado oil over medium heat until crispy with 2 eggs fried in ghee + sautéed kale + sautéed mushrooms topped with some s African smoke seasoning
Tortillas cooked over low medium heat in avocado oil until crispy and stuffed with leftover salmon, sautéed mushrooms, and sautéed kale sprinkled with everyday seasoning
Eggs scrambled in ghee + 1 cassava tortilla cooked in ghee then added in some sautéed spinach + mushrooms and topped with salsa. 1/2 avocado and 1/2 banana to complete the plate
Chickpea tortillas cooked over low medium heat in some olive oil paired with sautéed kale + 2 eggs fried in olive oil + 1/2 avocado
Almond flour tortillas cooked in some coconut oil for about 30 seconds then I added in sautéed kale and mushrooms in one and Pb and strawberries in the other. Cooked for a few minutes until the tortillas were nice and crispy. Added some avocado and strawberries on top because you can never have enough toppings
