Fried Steamed Chicken and Tofu Patties
Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken meat
- 3 pieces firm tofu
- 4 pieces egg tofu
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- carrot
- celery leaves
- Maggi seasoning powder
Preparation
Blend the chicken meat, firm tofu, egg tofu, and eggs until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a container and mix with Maggi seasoning powder, carrot, onion, and celery leaves.
Place the mixture into a steaming mold and steam for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the mold, dip in egg, and fry until golden brown.
