Fried Steamed Chicken and Tofu Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken meat
  • 3 pieces firm tofu
  • 4 pieces egg tofu
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • carrot
  • celery leaves
  • Maggi seasoning powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the chicken meat, firm tofu, egg tofu, and eggs until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a container and mix with Maggi seasoning powder, carrot, onion, and celery leaves.

  3. Place the mixture into a steaming mold and steam for about 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from the mold, dip in egg, and fry until golden brown.
