Ingredients

- Wheat flour
- Blended chili
- Small shrimp or coarsely ground anchovies

- Turmeric powder
- Anchovy powder (a little)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- One egg
- Warm water (as needed)
Preparation
Mix wheat flour, corn kernels, sliced onion, shrimp or anchovies, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, a bit of anchovy powder, blended chili, and one egg.
Ensure the batter is not too thick or thin by adding warm water gradually and mixing with hands.
Fry the fritters in oil over medium heat.
Serve hot dipped in chili sauce.
