Malaysian Apam Lenggang Pancake
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2.5 cups water
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 egg
- 0.5 cup sugar
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and water together
Let the mixture rest for 1 to 2 hours
Add the egg and coconut milk before cooking
Cook on a griddle until done and serve
