Malaysian Apam Lenggang Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and water together

  2. Let the mixture rest for 1 to 2 hours

  3. Add the egg and coconut milk before cooking

  4. Cook on a griddle until done and serve
