Easy Malaysian Steamed Apam Cake
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 500 grams wheat flour
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except flour with water
Add the mixture to flour in a container and adjust consistency by adding more flour if too liquid or water if too thick
Pour into steamer molds according to preferred color
Steam for 15 minutes
Notes
No need to wait for the mixture to rise before steaming
