Crunchy Banana Fritters

Ingredients

  • 5 large bananas or 8-10 small bananas
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups wheat flour

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except flour and mash until combined

  2. Add flour and mix until smooth with the banana mixture

  3. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes

  4. Heat oil and drop the mixture in

  5. Fry over low heat until crispy and cooked
