Viral Stick Malaysian Sweet Fritter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Boil water with sugar, oil, and salt.

  2. Pour into the wheat flour.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Let it cool for a while.

  5. Shape by rolling on a long tray, then cut.

  6. Fry over medium heat until crispy.

Tips

  1. No need to wet hands with water or oil because the dough doesn't stick.

  2. Use wheat flour with red rose brand because other types don't work and become soggy.
